Endurance Club workouts, Sundays at 10am!

There was great turnout for the endurance talk a few Saturdays ago at H2O. I'm sure many of you wondered "what's next?" Wonder no more!
Whether you have specific training goals, have vowed to try to love (okay, or just like) running or simply want to mix it up and try something new, come to H2O at 10:00 am on Sundays starting in February for the reinvigorated Endurance Club!
And what will we do at these Endurance Club meet ups, you ask?
Well, that is a very good question. We'll mix it up each week (just like your regular Crossfit programming -- "constantly varied"), working on everything from technique drills to Endurance WODs (EWODs) to technical skills (running on trails, climbing hills, running down hills) and you will have the H2O community working beside you to build speed and power. The great thing about EWODs is that they are under an hour, so when all is said and done after warm up and cool down, you can be out the door in time to shower and eat Sunday Brunch!
We'll use the Sunday time slot as a pilot of sorts; after 6 weeks if regulars feel they would like to adjust the time, we'll re-evaluate. Have questions? Talk to me after class or message me via Facebook!!

5 comments postedI've been a runner for years now and started doing the e-WODs this month. They usually make me want to puke. I assume it's because I'm used to logging more miles at a slower pace so my body needs to adjust to short and fast?
Sorry to have missed today's Endurance Club meet. What was covered? Will be there next week!
Phil -- yesterday was cancelled due to snow. We should be good for next Sunday at 10am!
