I really liked the muscle snatch movement.
Feel like I should have gone a little heavier.
Really disappointed in my choice of jump rope scaling, should have just done < 50 DU.

Inaugural Sunday Class!

Snatch: 2X25, 30, 35. 1X40, 40. Would have tried 45 but we ran out of time. I still need to get lower but other than that I feel pretty good.

WOD: 15#, 10DUs. 8:50.
