7 comments postedHoly cow this sucked! I haven't been this sore after a workout in a very long time. We even got an extra bit of rest because we ended up partnering up. 43# snatch 3, thrusters 4, SDHP 5. Oh and when I say it sucked, I mean it was awesome :)
Totally agree with you. This sucked and was awesome simultaneously...still sore today 2/5/13....

Went a little heavy, but had a great time working with Eli. Snatches were 10lb off my 90% reps the other day.

I was going to do 95, but that would have been mega-painful. I was going to get more thrusters, but some fatigue hit at round 5.
