BUY IN:5x3 Tall Box Jumps
STRENGTH:Front Rack Lunges 3x6
STRENGTH:Press Walkouts 3 x 15 second hold
Box jumps to 31.5" maybe could have gone a bit higher, but I do get a little bugged out looking at all the plates. lunges to 83#. Press walkouts 123, 143, 143. The second set was really tough so I repeated it for the third and it felt much better so I prob could have increased by 5-10#.
Box Jump - 26". I've jumped on 30 before but never with plates. Sort of a mental block there... need to work on that. Thanks Coach Ben for the paper pyramid trick... Next step - actually jump on the box.
Lunges - 65#, stayed with a relatively low weight to work on perfect form and technique. It's harder than it looks to go straight down and keep your butt back - must work on those.
Press Outs - LOVE LOVE LOVE. Way underestimated my weight. Hit 155# then 175# and ended at 2 sets of 185#

i was not feeling good this morning. when i got home and took off my hoodie, i realized all my clothes were on inside out, t-shirt/shorts/etc. do i really even need to say i don't remember any of my results??? lol, game over
