Death by 10 meters and a burpee
In the first 2 minute period, run 10 meters and perform a burpee. In each consecutive 2 minute period, run an additional 10 meters and perform a burpee at the end of each 10 meters.

Great class today. Good to see the elements grads bust it out today...nice work!
13 rounds, subbed 5 sec plank for burpee. Benjamin, uh...encouraged me to start round 14 even though I was about 1 sec short of actually completing round 13. Exhausting, but fun.
Great to see/meet the newer elements grads at Saturday classes!
