Reminded by someone in class today not to be so hard on myself in the comments. I enjoyed a couple of days of the "good" kind of soreness after this workout, and was happy to hit the first set of DUs unbroken.
11:30 with 10# and 100 singles first two sets broken up as 25s; last set broken up by 10s (which might have been a better plan to get closer to black more consistently)
subbed 500m on rower for DUs. 14:50 i think. i used the 14# med ball since i wasn't doing full squats (leg issue) i figured i should do RX weight...WRONG. did the first round of 50 reps and had to scale the next 2 to 30. Ouch.

14 lb x 40, 100 Singles, 10:13. My arms felt like jelly near the end.
