S: Deadlift 1 RM of 265# (50# PR). More than 1.5X BW. Amazing!
From 9 Aug 12 (205#), 10 Sep 12 (215#), & 18 Dec 12 (185#), I pushed even further than before.... Warmed up with 135#, 155#, 185#, 205#, 225#, 255#, and 265#.
it's been a while since i've recorded my stats on here so i was quite puzzled to see my username is dave138. i must have been listening to the misfits when i set that up.
Sweet, I got to work out with Benjamin. It was fun trying do the broad jumps/Frogger with him. I was on a mission for my DLs and wanted to gain just 5lbs to cross that threshhold. The first lift I got called out on for looking clunky and having to lift off of plates, I think it was due to not stretching enough in the beginning. With two other people on the weights, I had to jump quickly up on lifts so I didn't run out on time.

Broad Jump: 59 3/4"
Deadlift: 145X3, went for 150 and got 2, turned to jelly and dropped the bar. Still a PR :)
Broad jump: 95.5"
Deadlift: 325lb (+ 10). Still popping knees early, then using lower back.
broad jump: 97"
DL: 275x5, 310x1
this is super exciting, my start & end numbers for the month of DLs improved quite a bit:
Start: DL on 12/6 5rm = 255, theoretical 1rm = 287
End: DL on 1/3 5rm = 275, actual 1rm = 310
Strong work to James for the massive pull this morning!

A classy classic.
Thanks, Britt. A big congrats to you for the big jumps over the last few weeks.
Great job Britt!
Abstained from the broad jumps as the knee continues to heal.
#360 DL (PR).
Very impressive 6:00 AM class today with a number of PRs.
broad jump - 66-3/4"
DL - 1RM @ 170; flat from last time, but I've got some lingering vacation back issues; happy with flat under those circumstances
Test: Broad Jump - 80 1/4"
