Felt like I just ran 10 mi outside with temps below zero. Snatch work def needs a lot of work. Wod: 10:17 24" 75#

Did some power cleans instead of snatches. 5x3 up to 145 WOD 12:04 with 85#

Thanks to Coach J for pushing hard on the "this should be 50% of your 1rm snatch" instruction before the WOD.

Skill: Could feel the bar vibrating in my hand but still not getting a "clang" when going into the quarter or full squat.

WOD: 13:10, 55#, 24" - was thinking about "hit & catch" but not quite getting it, and then my back went soft and all heck broke loose.  Lots of MOB tonight, which will be nice and relaxing anyway.
