TEST:3 cone drill
WOD:"Cindy"Amrap 205 pullups10 push ups15 air squats
3-cone: 9.16 (?)
CINDY: 10 rnd +4 reps, thin blue, 20"
Improved on previous score of 9+26 (thick green, 20"). Used a lower resistance band and the pullups still felt great, put push-ups continue to be the challenge.
Great working with such a big group again!

Modified WOD, AMRAP 20:
5 sec plank, 20 situps, 15 air squats

L drill -10.50....i know i can get that down to at least 9.00-9.30
cindy- 8 rounds with a medium green band for the pull ups. i should have got at least 10.

14 rounds plus 5 ring rows. 24" box. Amazed with how I sailed through it. Progress is undoubtable!
L-drill: 10.60. slipin' and slidin'! I think this is the kind of thing that would get a lot better with practice.
Cindy: 13 rounds + 25 reps (so close to 14!), thick green and 24 inch box. About 1.5 rounds more than last time, with a lower box and thinner band. Psyched to see improvement!
I scaled badly on the pullups for the WOD and only managed 6 rounds. I used the thin green band.

Skill was fun to do, looking forward to retesting again soon. First time doing Cindy, loved it and it made me feel awesome. I can't believe I survived the whole thing with ten rounds, looking forward to going again on it.
