Front squat: 3X9, 65, 75, 75 but lost it at rep 8. Just felt so tired. Whoops.
WOD: PP 33#, 20 air squats. 7:43.

pistols scaled to 20 air squats, my ankles have been feeling strange lately

WOD: 4:38 w/ 75# and squats to a med ball.
FS - 3x9 at 103# flat sets; felt great to push myself on this. Didn't think I would go that heavy, but thanks to Coach B, I surprised myself!
WOD - 25#; air squats 5:30. Right arm still a little tweaked on the over the head lifts, so I went a little lighter on the PP.
FS: 3x9 worked up to #155 - last set only got 6, wrists were on fire, great working w/ Jeff

3x9 flat at 155; i found this extremely challenging. HOWEVER i managed to perform the last two sets with more than one finger on the bar, which is a victory in itself.
wod: 6:56, #65 and 20 squats to a med ball. I was feeling pretty wrung out from the squats and my first thought was to go #45 which would probably have helped with time. Don't remember why I changed my mind.
