WOD: Up to 73# PC. Psyched myself out on the box jumps and used KBs and plates instead. Did jump over the 12" box once though.
WOD: 135lb, then 145lb. Jumps: 24" then added 45lb plate, 25lb plate, 10lb plate, then took 10lb plate off for last round. Maybe 30" or so. Wheee!
Box jumps: 24", then added 45# plate, 35# plate and another 35# plate---around 31"-32"?
up to 68# in the cleans; burpee risk blocked the 73# attempt (lame ... )
started @ 16" in the boxes; added a couple of 10# plates - and then Meghan snuck a 5# in for fun ...
I worked on some squatting instead on running 5x3 up to 210.
EMOM 10, power cleans at 135 across (no failures)
EMOM 10 Over the box jumps, probably about 22"? I don't know...I literally stack all of my bumper plates and jump over them...that's my box.

Stoked to work in with the class, cleans continue to look better and better
I wonder if I could go heavier with the cleans. Maybe I could have? Still happy with it.
WOD: PCleans up to 125# last 2 min; Box Jumps - worked up to 20"+120#(3x25 and 1x45 stacked)
WOD: 115, 135, 155, 175(missed), 155 for the rest

So happy we are starting Endurance stuff...and I'm excited to work on my form. I am strictly a toe runner with NO heel strike at all - I'd like to work on some more midfoot striking, even if just to give my calves a break.
WOD - these are my favorite types
PC - 5 rounds with 85#, then 2 with 95#, then finished the last 3 rounds with 105#, should have tried 115# for the last round - next time.
Started with a 20" box then added 25# plate so I'm guessing 24". Tried to a 10# but such a mental mind block...
Ascended to #145 for PC's (that's a PR - form broke down a bit on last 2 sets).
Started off with 20" box - then quickly added bumper plates.
Ascended (ahhhhhh - thats the angelic voice as i was lifted off the earth by a power greater than me) to about 30"/32"....
btw - Nam is a BEAST!!!
started PCs at 95, ended at 105 for last few rounds, +5 burpees
over the box jumps - stood in front of a 20" during setup but mental block or fear of bloodshed prevented any attempts. went with a bench, eventually adding 2x10# bumper plates.
