Back Squat 5x3,
One set at 245, then the rest at 255, because.
Ben points out that I have a very quaddy squat so I am going to start doing the box squats he showed me a few times a week to teach my nervous system some things about the buttocks.

It might be time to use a heavier kettlebell, did I hear we had 44# kettlebells now
155 x 5 x 4
WOD: 44 lb bell, 20" box, 6:15
