5:40 (scaled to 75 total burpees)

Feel kinda lame for scaling so much, but those were probably the best 75 burpess i've ever done. ;p

6:49, 100 total. Scaling was an 11th hour decision...definitely shoulda gone for the full 125. Endurance meeting was very helpful with goal planning & training programming!

Burpees RULE

6:30, 125 burps. Shout out to Jeff for a strong finish and pushing me...and reminding me the last set was all mental..a lot of positive self-talk was happening during those last 15 burps! :D Great job all!

WOD: scaled to 75 burpees so I was able to keep up and do them unbroken. 6:31 Thanks to Coach B for pushing me through my running on my toes/ calf injury fears! As I said in class....fear sucks.
