WOD: 4 rounds + 35 reps. Though, as Coach B noticed, I wrote "4 rounds+ 5 cleans" on the board. I'll attempt to get more sleep before Thu am. It would have been nice to get 5 rounds even -- next time!
Coach Stephen is always a riot!
WOD: scaled to singles; 43#; 4 rounds plus 55 singles. Could not manage to hit the hips for snatches. Muscled up almost every single snatch. Wiped me out.
Fell on my ass 4 times broad jumping - better than follow forwards I guess - good skill to work on.
WOD -
5+22 55# and double unders. Tried a new thing with double unders - instead of attempting to go at light speed, slowed it down a bit and found I was more consistant with the consecutive double unders. WIN.
Concentrated really hard at keeping form in the starting position and was happy overall at how I tried to maintain it. Need to continue to strive to learn how to engage the hips more and use them in conjunction with my lift. It's a funny movement to me...practice, practice.
Great to get more insight on the broad jumps from Coach Stephen. I think it'll help me gain a few more inches. Need to pain attention to how I land and mobilize my knee. I could feel something twinge over time.

So close to 5 rounds! I literally doubled what I did in the open in 2011. Stoked!
