WOD: 217 reps.  There is a decent chance I screwed up counting or addition somewhere though.

i averaged 12-20 reps for each movement per round. my issue is, i can't count reps and concentrate on form. to me, keeping good form is more important. i could be wrong. i had fun

Replaced skill/WOD with hip mobility (to help knee), bench press, and Monday's WOD:

BP - 195x8 (ascending)

WOD: 8rds + 10 push ups

Knee continues to get better.  Getting close.

The WOD that almost killed me!
240 reps. 14# wall ball, 45# bar, 16" box. I must need to strengthen my lower back because it betrayed me tonight. The wall ball SDHP transition was brutal.
