Back squat: 115X2, PR! Went down to 105 for my last set, still working on getting low, keeping the chest up, knees out. Worked with new Elements grad Kaylee (sp?) and had an awesome time.
Back Squats: 3 x 2 at 275# then I stopped because something's happening in my lower right back; twingy/sharp pain when coming back up, once the weight got above 225 or so.
Did a few reps at 135 after this with a pause at the bottom and good form and felt no pain. Today I'm feeling it though. Some kind of hopefully minor injury. Jaffney says to go see Dr. Mavor
if i wasn't hemmed up in the back i'd say i should have gone heavier than 275, thatis extremely movable weight.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh I'll be fine. I brought this on myself anyway :)
thanks to Jeff for reminding me it is okay to stop in the middle of a workout if something is not right; "the bar will always be there"
