Franarf: 8:00 (45# bar, ring rows). Learning to prioritize workouts isn't the easiest but making the work work.
total scaling fail on the pullups, made it through 21+15+9+15, plus 11 thrusters.
black band, 35#. thruster weight was fine but I should have done ring rows, been a while since i got it that wrong!
got to 3 pullups in last set at 11:00 cap, 55#, blue band pullups.
thrusters were rough today, shoulders still hurting from thursday's fight gone whatever.
Handstand: got vertical for about 3 to 4 seconds, thanks to Coach J to for telling me to focus on hollow-body in the stand, made a huge difference
FranarF: Just want to start off by saying that Fran is easily my least favorite of the ladies, thrusters are the death of me.
Used an Oly Bar (45) and thick black band for kips, i thought i scaled appropriately and still got my ass kicked, finished about 10 seconds before the 11 min cut off, what doesnt kill you makes you stronger i guess.....
ES: WoD - dnf, 4rnds + 18thr (65lbs)
Next time I will finish this WoD.
