WOD: 5 rounds +17 reps. 115lb

hpc @ 95.
4 rounds + 16. so 112 reps.
tried 115# during setup and quickly decided against that.
hpc looked like hell, but felt like the burpees were some of my best yet.
Skill: like these drills, have been working on being focused on form during my runs
WOD: 63#, 4 rds + 8 HPC + 11burpees
weight felt about right, burpees always seem to wipe me out but enjoyed this one

WOD: 105# 4x + 8HPC--went too heavy and suffered (form and spirit).
WOD: 4rnds+5HPC with 73#
Jumping to a target makes burpees brutal.
Hoop Dreams - 4 Rds + 11 reps @ 135#.
WOD: 4 rds + 6 HPC (45#).
Next time, I'll try 55# for HPC but happy with my form.
5 + 9, 65#, target on wall a few inches below the wood. didn't want to push it with the weight today. still recovering from Franarf.

I'm totally psyched that there are lunges in the WOD tomorrow. Yay for more unilateral movements!

Thanks to Coach Steven for the tip on dropping back to the hang position. Must work on it.
