Is the wod amrap or rounds or something like that? Otherwise it's not enough burpees!

tried 115# during setup and quickly decided against that.
hpc looked like hell, but felt like the burpees were some of my best yet.

Skill: like these drills, have been working on being focused on form during my runs

WOD: 63#, 4 rds + 8 HPC + 11burpees 

weight felt about right, burpees always seem to wipe me out but enjoyed this one

I'm totally psyched that there are lunges in the WOD tomorrow. Yay for more unilateral movements!

Burpees to a target = infinitely more difficult

Love working on the Running skills... can't wait to get outside and get some distance.

WOD

5 rds - HPC 85#, Burpees to high bar (much harder than I anticipated).

Thanks to Coach Steven for the tip on dropping back to the hang position. Must work on it.

Really digging the agility work in warm-up. WOD: 65#-5 rounds+3 reps Burpees were particularly challenging. And U-G-L-Y.
