8 Reps @ 90%, 65#

17 Reps @ 50% 35#

Totally jazzed that I hit 8 reps at 65#.

The pacing of the workout really helped. I didn't feel fatigued and just powered thru.

Expect the Unexpected

Cleans when I fall asleep; snatches when I wake up ...

I like the challenge of Coach B's math ...

Still working on getting out of my own way mentally on snatches....it will happen! Form felt pretty good on the 50%weight so really need to drill it and keep thinking FAST

Max: 105 lbs.; 7 reps at 95 lbs., 30 reps at 55lbs.

Got more confortable with the movement as I threw up more reps. Feel like I could add more weight next time...

Got 55#, tried 65#, no dice. Didn't try 60# due to lack of plates.

Ran out of plates in the gym while finding my 1RM.  Hit 100#, estimated I could hit 105, maybe 110 and did the rough math from that.

90% - 95# - 13 reps; 50% - 50# - 22 reps

Thursday Night Mens Group :)

Good to see the TNMG infiltrated by a host of femme fatales....

 MAX PS #120

90% - #110 - 7 reps - 3 no rep'd

50% - #65 - 21 reps.....

this is hard

I found the snatches easier when I started from the floor.  Either way, I can't seem to find my power with them, they feel awkward every rep.

1 rep max = 95lb

85lb x18

45lb x a lot...
