Folks, if its sunny and dry tomorrow, we're going outside. We will, most likely, have people partner up on a barbell, so make sure you show up early tomorrow and hook up with someone of similar capabilities to plan your attack.

thanks to janet for the push
WOD: 13:44 - 115, 105, 85, 65 - weights were a little off the exact percents, esp. at the end - which showed when I found myself able to do some thrusters in that last set. Great to get back outside again! Good work Ian!!
Worked with Vin. Runs were a little dicey asthma-wise in the cold weather, but I tried to push through without seizing up my lungs.
1 Clean & Jerk 90% 63#
2 Clean & Jerks 80% 58#
4 Clean & Jerks 70% 48#
16 Clean & Jerks 60% 43#
The 16 reps were tough, I did 4, 2, 2, 2, . . .
WOD: not sure on time, used 93, 83, 73, 63#. Was based on a 100lb 1RM from a few months ago, felt like I could have gone heavier.
125, 95, 85, 65
125 felt great, probably should have gone higher in the round of 2. legs were def feeling the 16 @ 65, esp during the run.
Really fun WOD though!
WOD: Clean and Jerks.
115, 95, 85, and 65.
After a few reps of 65#, very winded and the run just topped it off. Great working with Lisa!
Got the band back together with Kevin. Did the c&j's at: 165, 145, 135, 115 and finished around 16:40.
165 is a 10# pr for my c&j because I haven't done them both at once in maybe 18 months?
Did some Hbbs to warm up 4x8 @135
Subbed 30 box jumps with a step down for running (I was in my basement)
140, 125, 110, 95 for the c&js
