Lots of great things happening this morning with all you crazy Saturday morning Crossfitters! Met some recent elements grads, as well...appreciate the new energy! Figured out my weights for the WOD last night thinking, 'this should be just right'. Fast forward to today, working with Amy who is always impressive: 95#, 85#, 75#, 65#...16 was rough on form but tried to get in a full squat, even if I broke the clean into 2 movement. Scaled to 200 last run due to icky ankle. Not sure on time.

WOD: 13:44 - 115, 105, 85, 65 - weights were a little off the exact percents, esp. at the end - which showed when I found myself able to do some thrusters in that last set.  Great to get back outside again!  Good work Ian!!

Worked with Vin. Runs were a little dicey asthma-wise in the cold weather, but I tried to push through without seizing up my lungs.

1 Clean & Jerk 90% 63#
2 Clean & Jerks 80% 58#
4 Clean & Jerks 70% 48#
16 Clean & Jerks 60% 43#

The 16 reps were tough, I did 4, 2, 2, 2, . . .

93#

WOD: not sure on time, used 93, 83, 73, 63#. Was based on a 100lb 1RM from a few months ago, felt like I could have gone heavier.

Lisa

125, 95, 85, 65

125 felt great, probably should have gone higher in the round of 2.  legs were def feeling the 16 @ 65, esp during the run.

Really fun WOD though!

WOD: Clean and Jerks.

115, 95, 85, and 65.

After a few reps of 65#, very winded and the run just topped it off. Great working with Lisa!

Couldn't run because of my asthma so Benjamin had me do 30 DU which I did unbroken! The most I have ever done in a row ever by far. Anywho, over my tremendous DU excitement I missed my 83# clean and had to drop down to 78# more for mental reasons than strength. Oh well. Trying not to get frustrated about it. So I did 78, 73, 63, 53. Man those 16 really added up. Still love the jerk though and that felt pretty solid.

Got the band back together with Kevin. Did the c&j's at: 165, 145, 135, 115 and finished around 16:40.

165 is a 10# pr for my c&j because I haven't done them both at once in maybe 18 months?
