In an effort to be more aggressive and less conservative when choosing weight, I opted for 38# snatch and 10# wall ball. Don't think I hit the gray paint on a single wall ball so I guess it was a whole WOD of no reps. Well, maybe I hit it a couple times but it was only when I literally jumped up and heaved it up there. Lesson learned. You win some, you lose some.

I'm sure it still looks like hell but I think I'm making more hip contact on the snatches since last Wed's wod, so thats pretty cool.
WOD: 9:20 -- PS - 63lbs / WB 14lbs
8:46, 10#WB, 40#PS
Power Snatch was 50% of my 1rep max. I'll add 5lbs next time we do this workout.
I was trying to chase Belinda through the wallballs (not that i told her), but she totally beat me.

WOD: #75 & #14 - 11:43
This was a rough one, enough said!
8 power snatches? I coulda sworn it was 9. oh well, did a little extra.
11:10, 43# and 10# wall ball. getting it onto the black instead of the yellow is going to take some more practice though.
12:35 (95/20)
I couldn't even muster a smile after this one. Total gasser!
Subbed in bench press (95#) for snatch and wallball situps (14#, 10 reps instead of 15). 6:16
Super fun class!
WOD/ 65 # & 14# 7:34 (the last few rounds of wallball were brutal! But in a good way, of course ;)
