Got a muscle up at the end for first time in months!
i could have gone heavier on the squats but i need to give my joints a break
new goal is to be able to skin the cat
Back squat: 5X4. 85, 95, 105, 105, 105.
Worked on stabilizing on the rings and L-sits on kettlebells. I swear I got both fee off the ground for a second there.
Back squats 5x5: 115, 125, 130, 135, 145
The last set was really tough for me. It was great to have Coach B & co. cheering me on.
Worked on L-hangs for the rest of the class
BS 5x4
115, 120, 125, 125, attempted 4x 130 only got 3 (and the 3rd did not look pretty!) Started to just fold in on right knee. Frustrating but glad I tried. Next backsquat day going to try doing flat sets as opposed to usually ascending
BS: 4 x 165 (2 sets) 175 (3 sets)
Skinned the cat, now I have a nice hat for the storm.
Next up: muscle-up!
