At-Home WOD:
Set a timer for at least 20 minutes. Use the time to complete a dynamic warm-up and roll thoracic, quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Then:
Tabata Handstands
8x: 20 sec. of work, 10 sec. of rest

AMRAP 5.5 hours: plow and shovel.
Less than one round completed, but need to eat. May get a free second workout!
