felt good to move around after 2 days of rest. i don't count shoveling as a wod cause i didn't break a sweat and it wasn't by choice.

RDL 5 x 8 up to 123# because I haven't really done these before (maybe many months ago?) maybe could have done 5 - 10 heavier. Bench 45# felt like a good weight. Thanks Nick for the tips on form. I'll be sure to grip the bar next time instead of using my dainty grip :)

Bench Pressing Romanians...

Kate was a great partner tonight!

RDL: 5x10 - 65#,75#,85#,95#,105# - Started feeling it at 105#.  Since this was new, started off low weight.

Fast Bench Press: 3x15 - 45#,65#,65# 50%/5 Rep Max.  Almost spot on with weight, maybe a bit heavier.
