Snatch: got 1 at 55 but it was pretty ugly. Got a double at 45. Still working on getting low. I seem to be able to power snatch a weight before I can squat snatch it.
Snatch felt pretty awesome tonight. Must be all the ad nauseum skill work of the OHS and sots press before class:) up to 63# for my last 3 sets of doubles and felt like I was actually moving quickly and getting under the weight which has notoriously been an issue for me. Lunges flat sets at 73# def could go heavier but feeling pretty beat.
Snatches: form getting much better. Still keeping weight down to focus on getting form. Worked up to 50 (I think). Hit hips every time.
Lunges: 45,45,45,55,55
Snatch: got one at 55#, double at 50#. After getting a wider grip felt the bar hitting hips instead of thighs but still struggled a bit with pulling up fast. Will get there!!
Lunges: up to 100#
Run tomorrow is going to be interesting after those lunges :)

lunges to 145. normally i hate lunges, but these bar on the back lunges were fun.

Even though I'm not very good at them I'm a big fan of this movement. Worked my way up to 2 at 85.
Up to 115# for lunges, probably could have gone heavier.
snatch: tried a couple at 53#, but ugly so back to 43# to get the technique - which is harder than power snatches, of course!
lunges: got 4 sets in; last two at 65#
Snatch - slowly worked up to 63# - started to feel like I was doing the movement correctly
Back rack lunges 4 sets - 45#, 55#, 65#, 65#
Snatch: worked up to 78# a 5#PR!
Lunges: up to 103# for last three sets.
snatches - up to #50; working on keeping chest up on way up.
lunges - up to #85
