WOD: 9 rounds+5 p.cleans+10 leg raises+29 singles. Scaled 65#, to 60% of RM but feel like I could have gone heavier. Would really like to get into the land of double unders but think the impact is still too much. All in all was a great WOD, enjoyed the length.
Crossfit for Kenya Fundraiser WOD today.
AMRAP 12: 50 squats, 30 push ups (24" box), 15 ring rows. Got 3 full rounds with Hannah and Glenn pushing me and keeping me honest. Thanks to them, Coaches B&J for letting me do my thing and supporting my efforts and everyone at the box for the donations and / or moral support! As of today we raised $580 for this great cause!! Makes me feel warm and squishy! :)

7rnds + 11 reps - scaled with 68#, leg raises, and 100 singles. Kinda fun to do a longer WOD

huge thanks to Benjamin for pushing me toward Rx. surprised myself by getting at least one set of toes to rings unbroken. great wod!

should have used higher rings.
i was having issues with my grip on the toes to rings. my hands were getting stiff with minor cramps.
as i watched the second group i saw ways to improve my technique for next time
