WOD:"Styrofoam"Amrap 205 P. Clean 145/10010 Toes to Rings50 Double Unders
5x5 two arm dumbbell OHS with 35 lb dumbbells. Then past lots of armed guards to visit my robot again.
7rnds + 11 reps - scaled with 68#, leg raises, and 100 singles. Kinda fun to do a longer WOD
6+13, 100#, Toes to Rings, 25 DU (strung together as single, double, single double...)
huge thanks to Benjamin for pushing me toward Rx. surprised myself by getting at least one set of toes to rings unbroken. great wod!
should have used higher rings.
i was having issues with my grip on the toes to rings. my hands were getting stiff with minor cramps.
as i watched the second group i saw ways to improve my technique for next time
- pc 95
- t thru r .....good chunk of them unbroken toward end
- 25 du's....more like single single double single double.....you get the idea.
