wod: 6 min, 65#, 120 singles
got spooked by the doubles i did last time in a wod so i went with singles, but they were too easy. should just suck it up and scale the doubles.
3 position cleans to 93#, couldn't quite get under the bar from the high hang at 105#
WOD: 7:50 with 53# and 120 singles.
Cleans to 115#
WOD: 5:47, 53#, 30 DUs
Last two sets of DUs were unbroken, which was completely unexpected.
Cleans to 73#, I think only the 2nd time I have cleaned that much.
"Skinnies": 30#, 15 DUs, 8:08. Last time it was 10:10 with a 200m run.
Cleans to 135#
WOD: 65#, subbed 150m row for DU. 5:18
ES: S - 195lbs (195, 155, 135, 115, 95), WoD - 8:36 (95lbs, singles)
The three position cleans felt good, I was able to rack the weight quickly. Getting the hang of the mechanics makes me want to keep getting better at everything. The ankle was a bit soft during the singles, dropped the reps from 120 to 90 during the second round.
Thanks Stephen for correcting me and giving me tips on my hip movements during my Penlay work.
Cleans: finally starting to get the form down. Started too light, but ended at 75#.
WOD: 7:57 (if I remember correctly), 35#, 120 singles with an few DUs mixed in on my last set.
