thats the most DU i've ever had.
also, thanks to coach B for the suggestion to try the longer rope. after the wod i was able to string together 8 DUs with the new rope. thats 4-5 more than ever before.
29 DUs, ring rows, 10 p. snatches @ 40#.
WOD: 5 minutes of DU/attempts netted 35 ... some with an actual S,S,D,S,S,D transition; 1 minute of ring rows for 16; a little less than 2 minutes of power snatches @53# -> 15
apparently, I can do some sort of DU under the guise of a WOD...

Ring rows - (worked on getting into green band for pullups after wod)
Power snatch 53# x 7
79 DUs (and lots of frustration). blue band pullups, 12 power snatch at 53#... finally get the hip hit thing, weight just flys up. amazing. psyched to still be learning new stuff every day.
First day back in ten days. Really happy to be back on track.
WOD: 200DUs, 6 pullups, 125# p. snatch: 3 reps (New 1rm!)
