Scaling for this wod, if you don't have the above movements, you will do the following:
2 Rounds of:
1 minute of pistols practice or max reps perfect air squats (coaches' choice)
1 minute of perfect burpees
1 minute of perfect pullups
1 minute of handstand practice (or hold a perfect plank)
