Squats & ring rows: 3 rounds+ 24 squats. Sub-singles & snatch @ 55#: 2 rounds+ 50 singles + 2 snatches. Burpees & ring rows: 1 round + 20ish burpees.

Great Class Today - Nice Job Coach Stephen!

amrap 1 = 4 rounds

amrap 2 = 1 rnd + 3 snatches 95

amrap 3 = 1 rnd + 25 fkg burpees (barbell)

5 + 5, 2 + 25, 1 + 25 (sub barbell rows).

Those burpees were killer!  Great class, exhausting workout today.  Nice to meet some new elements grads - what a tough first WOD!

AMRAP 1 3 rounds + 25 squats

AMRAP 2 1 round + ? I was repeating the phrase "You'll pass out before you die" in my head and lost count.

AMRAP 3 1 round + 6 burpees. Slow but I think improved from months past.

1: 5 2: 2 + 25DU + 3 snatches. Little mix up with the BBs so prob could have finished out 3 rds. 3: 1 + 17 burpees Totally gassed at the end of this, but happy to be finally doing DU as RXd.
