Those burpees were killer! Great class, exhausting workout today. Nice to meet some new elements grads - what a tough first WOD!
AMRAP 1 3 rounds + 25 squats
AMRAP 2 1 round + ? I was repeating the phrase "You'll pass out before you die" in my head and lost count.
AMRAP 3 1 round + 6 burpees. Slow but I think improved from months past.
