WOD: 7:02 w/ 25 reps, 9# ball and DU attempts (mostly singles.argh)
KB - 35# with 10 reps for emom
WOD - I had actually planned on a bike e-wod for today to prep for an upcoming race but seeing two of my biggest nemeses in the wod made me change my plans. 11:49 with 10#, 9' and 40 reps. Planning sets of reps ahead of time for the wall balls made it much easier to keep a rhythm and not burn myself out right from the start. Doubles just weren't there for me today. I think I maybe got 4 total.

Hit up open gym today since I left work early and couldn't make the class tonight.
Actually ran the 2 miles from my house to the box then did the squat complex from the other day. 53, 63, 73, 83 (new PR for this complex and I don't think I've ever cleaned 83# before so that's good). Ended on 73. Was out of gas to go any higher and even to do 83 a 2nd time would have been pushing it.
Ran 2 miles home. Noticeably slower.
First real run in months! forgot how much I loved it!

Skill: ?? (the one with the red tape) - Got corrected the moment I started, shouldn't have rushed out the gate. The moment I started listening to myself as I did the reps, I could feel myself settling into the posture.
Double Burner: 10:54 (20lbs, 20reps, 20 attempts at double) - This should have been called complex, I had one during the DUs. I'm so close to linking them, just need to keep getting better with my stamina to do it. Did the method from annother WoD to get into it...single, single, double.

WOD- 13:07 40/40 8#- continue to struggle to get over the yellow line with wall balls. Next time may be better to scale to lower height as some of my counted reps were questionable. Getting more consistent with DUs. Strung up to 15 at a time which is the most I've done so far!
Congrats on the dubs! Yeah scale to just above the yellow letters for WODs. However do sets of 10 pre-warm-up to the yellow line.
