Ahh man! This looks like F-U-N! Yet, I must not give in to temptation and give my bum knee a full 2 days rest. But, don't worry Saturday crew - my boys are still likely to make an appearance!
21:10 with 800m run, thick blue+thin red bands for pull-ups and 24" bar for push-ups
16:18 - 800m, thick green band pullups, situps instead of pushups due to wonky deltoid.
Last time i was 27 something with the whole mile. new running goal, mile under 7:30.

This wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Want to work on getting assisted pull-ups in a WOD.
