SNDL: up to 138#. Thanks Benjamin for the coaching--I really didn't think I could get it.
SNPP: 53, 63, 73 (racked after 1), 68, got 2. Just a bit of perspective, during the Open in April I PR'd my push jerk at 75#. Today I got 1 snatch push press at that weight. I am pleased.
SNDL: to 245SNPP: to 125. tried 130 and didnt make it.
Great getting to officially meet and work wit hLars this morning. Good times all around.
SNDL to 138#
SNPP sort of to 73#. got 73# twice and couldn't get it a third time. Tried again with the same result. So I hit it 4 times just never 3 in a row. I'm counting it.
SNDL - 1x163 - I was hoping to get 150 so I was pumped with this number
SNPP - 3x93 - Happy to finally be in the 90s with this one and even happier that I didn't smash my head with the bar.
Snatch Deadlift ... worked up to 135#, but then Benjamin nudged me into the proper technique which changes things for the better ... more to work towards
Snatch Push Press ... 1@65; 2@75 ... my initial attempt at 75 only netted 2, but was able to get two full 3 rep sets at 75 which felt good.

SPP: up to 3@103, +30 from last week. Need to get more comfortable bringing the bar back down on my neck, this kinda freaks me out
Sad I missed class. Came down wiht some sort of stomach bug. Hoping rest and water will have be feeling myself tomorrow!
