Prowlers with 3x45 plates, then 2x45, then 1x45, with Eric.  Calves were cramping on the first couple runs on the final set, so stopped there -- Eric had to finish out by himself.

The cramping was just fatigue. I played 90min of futsal last night.  On the plus side, that was the first time in about 8 months that I've managed to played soccer without any pain!  I played poorly, but there's the next challenge....

Liked this workout b/c I haven't done much with the prowler before.

Worked with Colleen.   45#/45#/no weight

Started with 1x45# and decided we didn't want to go down on the second round (maybe first round should have been a bit heavier).  So did 45# again and tried to push for speed.  Then went no weight on final set and focused on going faster.

worked with Dana, two rounds @ 45; 1 @ empty .... reminds me of cutting the grass with a reel mower ... which reminds me of spring / summer ... for which I still hold out hope of its eventual arrival ...

Prowler 80, 60, 45. I like these. Felt like I got my blood pumping for a good 30 minutes today. Keep forgetting to write down negatives. Did 20s which is what I've been doing.

Small crew tonite=more time on the prowler! Worked with Steph A & Jill: 80#, 60# 45#. I think I sett a PR for style, which is the most important thing.

Awesome workout today! Had a lot of energy after being stuck studying the last 2 days.

Prowler push: 185/135/95, this was fun, first round was heavy, but the second round was probably the hardest, pretty heavy weight but was also able to go fast. Last round was maybe little bit too light.

Post WOD: Full Snatch workout, for some reason I had a lot of confidence going fast under the bar and stay down and balance before trying to get up, also Stephen gave me great pointers. Got a PR at 145# and 155#. Tried the 165# three times, was close in the first one, but then I think my energy was drained lol, but I'll get there soon, very soon. I think I have never been so happy with a PR:)
