CROSSFIT OPEN WOD 11.6/12.5Amrap 7Thrusters 100/65#Chest to Bar Pull Ups

1 pull up with thick black and thin red band.
Heavy thrusters with Lisa and Steph A who made the movement look smooth and graceful. Up to 105.
RX Thrusters @65 with Lisa's encouragement.
Got through 12 + 10 thrusters. Had to break up the thrusters by round 9.

AMRAP 7Box Squats with 16" box and 50# of Kb's and c2b pull ups. Got through 12 + 5 box squats.
Felt good with the box squats today. Progressed from 20" box on 2/12 to 16" box today.

Heavy thrusters to 155# with Adam
WOD: through the round of 12, then 15 thrusters (95#). Did thrusters and wallballs for the pick your poison earlier in the week, and only got through the round of 15 with an extra 5 minutes then, so I considered today a win.
EMOM 12 - 3 knees to elbows
Thruster doubles to 113
WOD: 66 rx. broke up the c2bs in 3s which made them manageable.
Looks like a lot of good work there.
