WOD5 Rounds of8 Back Squats 225/15515 Box Jumps 24/20400m Runrest 3 minutes
WOD: 185lb BS. Min 1:45. Max: 1:58. Forgot my total time. We did 30 march steps (35lb dumbbells) and 5 burpees instead of the run because of all the ice outside.
WOD - 73# back squat; 16" box; 30 march steps @ 25#; 5 burpees

I was kind of worried about box jumps with Oly shoes, but turned out to be no problem ... may have actually landed a little more quietly for a change!
So recently I decided I hadn't been suffering enough during WODs. I missed the days where I would finish an entire round behind everyone else, fall off a box, and cry. To remedy that situation I decided I had to go up a level in WODs wherever I could, and voila! Those days are back.
WOD: back squats @95#, box jumps 20", 25#. 2:57, 3:19, 3:40, 4:19, 3:17. Hard to believe that I improved a minute between rounds 4 & 5 but it was probably Coach Nick's pep talk that did it.
Noon with coach nick who encouraged me to stop being a scaredy-cat (my words not his) and finally do box jumps in a WOD using a lower box. I got everyone of them fairly non-stop. Thanks Nick. :-)

23:41 total time. I forgot to note how much lag time I had for my start but I think my rounds were in the 2ish minutes
Enjoyed this work out. Back squat 75#, Box jumps 18", and KBS 25#. Completed in 22:43. Each round was about 2 minutes, the last two were 2:10 and then 2:20.
Always fun to hang with the noon crew.

I may have been able to do 165 squats on this workout but the last round had me struggling with the last 4 reps so I think I was in a good place.
